Seeing with the Flower’s Eye

Photographed on Orcas, Waldron, and Yellow Island in the San Juan Islands, the images in this series reveal, from a “flowers’ eye” perspective, a glimpse of the incredible beauty and diversity of native flora. Imagine experiencing the world from the viewpoint of a Buttercup!

The Wildflower Portfolio was exhibited at the Orcas Center in August 2003. The curved Bronze frames use Museum glass to display the exquisite color and detail in the flowers.
